Erik S. Nachbahr
President


	Erik founded Helion in 1997 with the goal of bringing strong Information Technology strategies and leadership to businesses of all sizes. That vision has guided Helion with a focus on outstanding service and innovative, client centric solutions. Erik believes that a strong Information Technology strategy centers on improving the efficiency of the business it serves while controlling costs. Erik holds a BA from Loyola University Maryland, an AA from Baltimore International Culinary College and industry certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. He has a diverse background that includes a culinary internship with the Ritz-Carlton, adult technical education and technology operations for Aon, a global insurance underwriter. In his current role as President and CEO of Helion Erik works as Chief Information Officer for a client base with estimated $8 billion annual revenues. Erik believes that supporting community organizations is an essential component of any business. Helion provides pro bono services to several community nonprofit organizations. He is on the board of the Tuerk House and the Technology Committee of The Family Tree. When he isn't working, Erik prefers to be SCUBA diving. He is a Baltimore native where he lives with his wife Meredith and their two children Kees and Tess.


Scot McConnor
Vice President, Sales


	Scot brings ten years of experience in the automotive industry to Helion. He started his career at the dealership level, and later excelled as a District manager for the nationally recognized CRM software company Autobase, Inc. Scot’s knowledge of the inner workings of the dealership goes hand in hand with his passion for streamlining the IT infrastructure to increase profit margins. Scot lives in Cleveland with his wife Amy and two children.


Francis Twomey
Director of Regional Services


	As the Director of Regional Services, Fran is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Helion's regional offices. He is currently carrying the Helion brand into Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston and Dallas by mentoring the regional field team with his seven years of IT Management experience. Fran has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a master's degree in Computer Science. He has been with Helion since 2003.


Khaled Antar
Director of Support Services


	Khaled is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a BS in Computer Science and Minor in Network Security. His experience includes working in the IT department of a large chemical transportation company and the Prince George county Public school system. Khaled has been with Helion since 2005 and was quickly promoted to his current role as Director of Support Services which oversees the Network Operations and Help Desk services. His team is the "voice" of Helion answering our client's support needs..
