  Desktop Support 2 – Timonium, MD Headquarters
   

Summary: Provides technical assistance to computer system users. Answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. Provides assistance concerning issues of intermediate complexity regarding the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree (Preferred), MCP (Preferred), MCSA (Preferred), MCSE (Preferred)

Experience: 2-5 years


  Systems Support 1 – Timonium, MD Headquarters
   

Summary: Installs, supports, upgrades and maintains servers, PCs, or other computer systems hardware and software. Responsible for responding to service outages, and other relevant issues surrounding client connectivity and data integrity. Assists users in the resolution of hardware or software problems and participates in projects both on-site and virtually.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience: 5-8 years


  Field Services 1– Timonium, MD Headquarters
   

Summary: Responsible for providing support at each client site to install, support, upgrade and maintain client’s equipment.  Accountable for responding escalated issues, service outages and other emergency related concerns around the Baltimore, MD area.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree, CCNA (Preferred)

Experience: 3-5 years


  Cisco Voice Engineer – Timonium, MD Headquarters
   

Summary: The Cisco Voice Engineer’s primary role is to assist the networking department to ensure the availability, stability and integrity of Data, Voice, Video, and Wireless network services.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree, CCNA, CCVP (highly preferred)

Experience: 5 years


  PC Technician – Timonium, MD Headquarters
   

Summary: Primarily responsible for supporting, diagnosing, repairing, upgrading and installing relevant software on PC’s and other related hardware, occasionally for ‘internal use’ as well.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree (Preferred), A+ (Preferred), MCP (Preferred)

Experience: 0-3 years
